I begin each day with meditation to help clear mind, set my intention for the day and to stay focus. During my practice I also manifest my goals, desires and dreams. It is the perfect tool to create and surround your self with positive energy. The first step is to state your desire then visualize the success. The third step is to embrace the feelings you have visualized before releasing it into the universe. If you have faith in the process anything is possible if you put your mind to it. This practice has helped me to become the woman I want to be while helping my spiritual growth.

A week ago several tornados ripped through Western Massachusetts leaving a path of destruction and chaos.
It is amazing to watch how life can change in a matter of minutes. Thankfully the area where I live was not affected by the tornados. But it was a reminder to take the time to be grateful for what we have and to reach out to those in need.
Another valuable lesson is to live in the present and savor each moment because we never know what will happen tomorrow. I find journaling, meditation and my yoga practice helps me stay in the moment every day.
So right take a few minutes to be grateful and enjoy what we have.
