I feel this is a very profound moment where we are honoring others and ourselves in celebrating life. The simple act of placing our hands in prayer position at the heart and repeating namaste while bowing is a very powerful message.<br \/>\nIt means I see and knowledge the spirit filled with love flowing with in others and us with respect.
