This week marks the first year anniversary of my blog.\u00a0 I committed to writing a blog entry at least once a week.\u00a0 I am so excited to contribute to the online dialogue with the purpose of helping and inspiring others.\u00a0 In the past year I have written about some of my favorite subjects such as disability issues, yoga, self-improvement and fitness.\u00a0 I have truly enjoyed sharing my ideas, views and experiences.<\/p>\n
I am also thrilled to be part of two amazing social networks where I can interact and be inspired.
